Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer international delivery to most countries via Hong Kong Post & Hong Kong Speed Post at a low flat rate for standard orders. Speedpost is the international courier service from Hong Kong Post. It provides you with a faster, more cost-effective way to reach your destination. Equipped with a money back guarantee on its delivery standards, you can count on Speedpost to send merchandise wherever you are on the globe. Sorry at this time we do not offer guarantees on arrival times or express delivery, but please contact us and we will best try to accommodate your requests. Expected production & delivery times take on average 15 business days after your proof has been approved by you (1-4 business days). Please note the customer is responsible for any customs fees. We are nearly 1 working day ahead most countries being located in Hong Kong and process most of our orders within the same day of order unless your order falls on an official Bank Holiday or a Sunday. In this case the order won't be processed until the following day. All standard sized business cards (up to 3.5"x2") come packaged in our exclusive, luxury boxes which can also be used as a business card display case. Metal business cards come individually wrapped in plastic sheets and also come packaged in our exclusive, luxury boxes. All other products come packaged in standard boxing & wrapping.

Our SSL helps users protect their data for private communication over the public internet. Despite our taking extra measures to protect your information, please be aware there is always a risk that the security of your information may be unlawfully compromised by third-party interception. This reality is true among all transmissions of data over the internet. Thus, Formink Ltd. cannot warrant the security of the method in which you decide to transmit information to us. We value your privacy and we will not share any of your personal information with any other third party.
Returns & Replacements
All printed products including all business cards, postcards, stamps and stickers are FINAL SALE. All of Formink's printed products come with a free proof for your review prior to final printing. The proof review process is meant to double check the information you provide to ensure proper delivery, prevent any errors including spelling mistakes, wrong information, etc.. Once the proof is approved this gives us the go ahead that you are 100% satisfied with the contents. However, if there are errors in our own printing process we will be happy to offer an exchange for new prints, but the customer must return old prints to Formink Ltd. at his or her own expense and will be subject to a 35% reprinting fee. Please mind that we work very hard to ensure the products we provide are of the highest quality and we inspect all printed material for glaring errors or printing mishaps before delivery. Colors on screen may differ from the colors that are actually printed and Formink is not responsible for color differences of our own printing and colors that may appear on your screen. We have a 98% printing accuracy for paper & plastic printing and a 99% printing accuracy for metal printing. This means that there may be a margin of error of + or - 2% or + or - 1% in the % of quantity of cards you receive. For example, if you order 100 cards you will 99% of the time receive your 100 cards, however we personally handpack all of our printed products and we hope that our customers understand there may or may not be the very small chance you may or may not receive 1 or 2 extra cards. Formink is not responsible for supplementing this margin of error nor is the customer responsible for returning excess cards back to Formink. If you are not fully satisfied with your Formink purchase please contact us at info@formink.com and we will best try to accommodate your needs. "SALE ITEMS" (any discounted item whether listed at a special price or discounted through a coupon code) for both printed products and accessories are sold as is and are final sale - no returns or exchanges what so ever are excepted. All Formink purchases must be returned with its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

For accessories only, Formink will offer a return or exchange (if stock is available) on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 7 days of dispatch. "SALE ITEMS" (any discounted item whether listed at a special price or discounted through a coupon code) for any accessories are sold as is and are FINAL SALE. All non-sale returns are subject to restocking fees.  All Formink purchases must be returned with its original packaging, including any accessories and documentation. A 30% open box fee will be assessed on any opened Formink purchase (per unit). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must return the goods to us - please try to return items in or with their original packaging with their labels intact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the Shipment Confirmation email sent to your nominated email address on dispatch. 

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, and if you fail to do so we may have a right to make a claim against you for compensation. We recommend therefore that you wrap your items safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Formink. Ordering
Please review your purchase, billing and shipping information before submitting your order. PLEASE NOTE that your formink.com order may begin processing as soon as you approve your proof for printed orders and for accessories as soon as your order is submitted. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order, however, we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please email info@formink.com with such requests.
